Pros:The gorgeous view from the room. The kids quest was AMAZING, the location of our rooms to the pool and casino, the food was great, really relaxing, free wifi, literally almost everything.

Cons:The bathrooms were disgusting black curly hair everywhere and the room needed a good dusting.

Pros:I liked that there was access to the river and that the rooms were easy to find.

Cons:Minimal umbrellas available for guests with beach access and water toys suck as boats and jet skis were very close to swimming area. Buffet was expensive for the quality of food that was served, we're talking school cafeteria status. The room I had received and paid extra for was a "newly remodeled" room. I think they forgot to finish with the remodel. There was a gaping hole in the ceiling around the sprinkler in the ceiling of the bathroom and the shower bar had been removed from the tub. The A/C unit in the room was loud, old and bulky. The fan in the restroom rattled. The room was dusty, it had not been cleaned properly, and that is that I wasn't able to check in early because the room was not available an hour and a half before check in. I could literally see a film of dust on the headboard and remote controller in the room. The floor in the bathroom was dirty and wet and there were mysterious white stains under the sink. The towels that were in the bathroom smelled sour so I question if they were fresh or if they were in there for some time. Customer service was hit and miss. When I told the front desk about all the issues with the room, the guy working with me said nothing. He simply wrote it down on a piece of paper and gave me an annoyed expression. I will never go back. You can pay the same amount of money or less for a better room elsewhere, don't waste your time or money.

Pros:I enjoyed all the different areas they had for the family. I really liked that there was something for every age group. My family really enjoyed themselves

Cons:I wish the room was cleaner, we found dead beatles all over the room. Dust in all the vents. No coffee machine, and bottled water displayed with a small note saying available for purchase. I thought it was complementary. Also I wish someone let us know they would be testing the fire alarms. We didn't know, and when the fire alarms went off, I took my kids and ran to the emergency exits. Turns out it was just testing. It wasn't funny.

Pros:The beach, the pool, and teater.

Cons:We found cockroaches and many crickets in the room, the sheets stained, lots of people for 1 elevator, we asked for a view of the lake and they gave us another room.

Pros:Firework show was the best we have seen

Cons:To many lonelife in the casino doing nothing but walking around and thru the floors

Pros:Great place. Good for adults and young kids!

Cons:Toilet paper too far from toilet
