Horseshoe Casino Baltimore is in the city&#;s downtown area. The casino is near M&T Bank Stadium, home of the Baltimore Ravens. The casino and NFL team are in a partnership together. The casino is a popular destination for Ravens fans before and after games, and it is home to a large Ravens-themed sports bar called Poe’s Nest. Horseshoe Baltimore now has a Caesars Sportsbook.

The casino has two levels. The lower level includes a food court, race book, slots, video poker, and a bar. The upper level is a combination of restaurants, table games, a poker room, slots, and video poker. The smoking lounge, which includes slots, video poker, and table games, is also located on the second level. 

Parking is free most days at Horseshoe Baltimore. Fees apply during special events, such as pro and college football gamedays, other sporting events, and concerts.

Horseshoe Casino Baltimore

The upper level of the casino is what greets most guests when they enter. Table game pits are to the left, while slots are to the right. The smoking lounge, which includes gaming, is two left turns from this entry area. The sportsbook is located on the lower level.

Horseshoe Baltimore table games

The table game selection at Horseshoe Baltimore is massive. There are table games. The casino deals double and triple zero roulette, craps, blackjack, and a wide variety of poker-themed pit games. Horseshoe Baltimore is famous for its times craps odds, though half its tables have times odds posted. Blackjack side bets include Buster Blackjack and Blazing

The games and minimum/maximum bets that we found during a May Saturday afternoon are listed below. Some live table games are in an outdoor smoking area, which is mostly enclosed with open air above the sightlines in the rooms. 

Live stadium baccarat is offered with $10 to $ bets. There is also multiplayer double zero roulette. 

Video poker and slots

Slots and video poker machines are located on both levels of the casino and in the smoking area. The vast majority of machines at Horseshoe Baltimore are slots. We found some video poker by the race book downstairs, and also in the corners on the pit side of the casino. 

There was one standard video poker pay-table system. The denominations are quarter, half-dollar, dollar, two-dollar and five-dollar. The pay tables improve at the $1 denomination. 

Our top pick for best video poker at Horseshoe Baltimore is quarter 9/5 Double Double Bonus with a five-way progressive. It has separate meters for a royal flush, straight flush, four aces, four 2’s, 3’s or 4’s, and another for all other quads. The bank of these machines is in the smoking area. 

That same 9/5 Double Double game is available at $1 and in denominations without a progressive. Another game in the same range is 9/6/5 Double Bonus on the same $1 and higher denominations. 

The only two video poker variants that we found were Ultimate X and Super Triple Play. The denominations were nickel, quarter, and one dollar.

The Horseshoe Baltimore poker room hosts 23 tables. It is open 24 hours a day. There are up to eight players seated per table. The main game is 1/3 no-limit Texas hold’em. Caesars Rewards is the players club used at Horseshoe Baltimore. This card is used at all company properties in the United States. Caesars Sportsbook

There is a Caesars Sportsbook at Horseshoe Baltimore. It is on the lower level where the race book was. The two are combined now.

There are seven betting windows and 11 kiosks at the Caesars Sportsbook at Horseshoe Baltimore. It opens at 11am Monday through Friday and 9am on weekends. It closes at 9pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 11pm on Mondays and Thursdays, and midnight on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Horseshoe Baltimore race book

The off-track betting parlor is on the lower level next to the food court. The racebook has 44 betting carrels with individual TVs and 30 additional TVs.

Dining and drinks at Horseshoe Baltimore

Horseshoe Baltimore has two restaurants, a food court, and two bars. TAG is a video poker bar with TVs showing sporting events. Poe’s Nest is a Baltimore Ravens-themed bar. The three-story lounge serves cocktails, music, and sports.

Fu Noodle House serves Chinese, Vietnamese, and Korean cuisine. The restaurant is located next to Oriole Palace on the second floor. Menu items at Fu Noodle House include soups, sushi, rolls, and entrees. 

Located on the first floor of the casino, Baltimore Marketplace has two food options. Tony Luke’s offers cheesesteaks and sandwiches. Piezzetta specializes in pizzas and salads. Next to the sportsbook, Brew Brothers specializes in craft beers, burgers, and pizzas. Happy hour specials run from 4pm until 7pm Monday through Friday.

Upscale dining

Upscale dining can be found at Gordon Ramsay Steak. This business-casual steakhouse serves shellfish, steaks, chops, and seafood. Menu highlights include Roasted Beef Wellington and Sticky Toffee Pudding. Prime beef cuts are dry-aged for 28 days. Minors are permitted to dine at Gordon Ramsay Steak. The children’s menu includes fish-and-chips, mac-and-cheese, fillet, and chicken tenders.
