The casino floor is easily accessible from the Boardwalk. Guests enter the lower level from there. That is where all table games and many slot, video poker, and electronic table game machines are located. Then, the second level of the casino is entirely slots, video poker, and electronic table games.

The video poker at Caesars Atlantic City is mostly in the same two areas. There is a large video poker section on the casino floor on the right after walking past the back table game pit. The best game in this section is 9/6 Jacks or Better. It is available in quarter, half-dollar, dollar, two-dollar and five-dollar denominations. Some quarter 9/6 Jacks or Better games have a royal flush progressive. 

Some machines with 9/6 Jacks or Better also have 8/5 Bonus Poker, 9/7/5 Double Bonus, 15/9 Deuces Wild, 18/7/5 Joker Poker, and 9/6 Double Double Bonus. You will know that you are at the right machine because these have stickers that disclose a rate of $20 coin-in per point. Some may be $50 per point. We do not recommend playing 9/6 Double Double Bonus on these machines because it is on some that offer full points.

Banks that do not have the $20 per point sticker often offer a step below the other games. This includes 9/6/5 Double Bonus and 7/5 Bonus Poker, as well as the 9/6 Double Double Bonus mentioned earlier. We could not find the great Double Joker game Caesars once had. It appears that it has been downgraded. It offers a progressive jackpot.

Dining and drinks at Caesars Atlantic City

There are two upscale restaurants, four casual restaurants, and a couple of quick-bite counters at Caesars Atlantic City. Multiple bars are also available on the property.

The Toga Bar menu features cocktails and beer, including a craft beer selection. Service starts at noon on weekdays and 10 on weekends. Drinks are served until 3am Monday through Thursday nights and 4am Friday through Sunday nights.

Horse Dive Bar is located just inside the Hook lobby. Drinks are served starting at 4pm Wednesday through Sunday. The bar closes at 10pm on Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday. It closes at 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

Beachside Bar serves drinks on weekends from noon until 7pm. It specializes in summer cocktails and frozen drinks.

Seasonally, guests at the pool can also grab an adult refreshment at The Pool at Caesars. Pool entry is limited to hotel and spa guests only. Guests must also be at least 21 years of age. The pool is closed for the season.

Upscale Dining

There are two upscale restaurants at Caesars Atlantic City. Nobu opened in The fine dining restaurant specializes in Japanese cuisine with ocean views. Signature dishes include black cod miso and rock shrimp tempura.

Morton’s The Steakhouse is also a fine dining experience. Menu items include prime-aged beef and seafood dishes. Appetizers feature bacon-wrapped scallops, crabmeat cocktails, wagyu meatballs, and oysters on the half-shell.

Casual Dining

Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill is located between the lobby and the casino floor. The menu features traditional British pub dishes like Shepherd’s Pie, Beef Wellington, and Ale-Battered Fish and Chips as well as seasonal specials. Superfrico serves Italian cuisine with an American psychedelic flair.

Classic Asian cuisine and Asian-inspired seafood creations can be found at KWI Noodle Bar. Menu items include broth noodles, stir-fried noodles, and rice and house specialties. House specialties feature fish fillet, salt and pepper shrimp, Chilean sea bass, roasted duck, and lamb chops.

Additionally, Slice Pizzeria specializes in stone-fired pizza. Other menu items include Caesar salad, Italian hoagie, and daily specials. Cocktails, beer, and wine are also served here.

Quick Bites

Tazza is located in the hotel lobby. Menu items include coffee, pastries, salads, sandwiches, baked desserts, and gelato. Starbucks is near the valet entrance.

Caesars Atlantic City has three hotel towers. Rooms are subject to a $ resort fee per room per night. The resort fee includes WiFi for two devices per room per day, local calls, a $5 voucher towards self-parking, access for two to the fitness center, and an in-room coffee maker. However, resort fees are waived for Diamond and Seven Stars guests.

Check-in starts at 4pm. Check-out time is 11am.

Suites

At Caesars Atlantic City, there are five suite trims: Tribune, Senator, and Emperor Suites, as well as Forum Tower’s Neptune and Apollo Suites.

The square-foot Tribune Suite is available as smoking or nonsmoking with two double beds or a single king. This single-room suite features a seating area with a sofa and a dining table with two chairs. The square-foot Senator Suite is available as smoking or nonsmoking with a king bed. The Senator Suite has a separate living room with a wet bar, sofa, and dining table for two. The square-foot Emperor Suite is available as a smoking or nonsmoking room with a city or ocean view. This suite has a separate room with a king bed, a jacuzzi tub, a living room with plentiful seating, and a dining room with a wet bar. 

The Forum Tower also has two square-foot suites. The Neptune Suite is available as smoking or nonsmoking. This single-room suite features a seating area with a sofa and a dining table with two chairs. The Apollo suite is a nonsmoking room with a separate living room with a sofa, desk, and dining table.
