INITIATIVES

Each year, the European Casino Association (ECA) invites its members to nominate promising leaders for the ECA Diversity and Inclusion Scholarship Programme for the Executive Development Program (EDP). The ECA is committed to fostering diversity and inclusion in the land-based casino industry, believing that a diverse environment enhances employee satisfaction and engagement. The ECA Diversity Scholarship aims to empower underrepresented groups, providing them with the opportunity to bring their unique perspectives to leadership roles.

Now in its sixth year, the ECA Diversity Scholarship will once again enable two ECA member employees to participate in the prestigious EDP, a collaboration between the Universities of Las Vegas and Reno.

The scholarship, valued at approximately 12, euros, covers all expenses, including travel, accommodation, and the training programme. We extend our gratitude to our partners, Clarion, AGEM, and the Universities of Las Vegas and Reno, for their unwavering support of this initiative.

The EDP is a leading gaming leadership course, jointly designed by the UNLV International Gaming Institute and the University of Nevada. Over the past thirty years, it has become a touchstone for gaming executives seeking to elevate their careers, honing leadership, management skills, and strategic thinking.
