Casino ban list
A statewide self-exclusion is available for those individuals who would like to voluntarily ban themselves from the state’s many gambling establishments. There are four time frames to choose from: 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, or 10 years. It is vitally important to understand that a self-exclusion is IRREVOCABLE for the time frame specified and entering casino property may be considered trespassing. Once an individual has completed the required forms and been placed on the self-exclusion list, any and all winnings will be denied and the money donated to a nonprofit organization.

Not all tribes currently participate in the responsible gambling/self-exclusion program. Tribes not participating may choose to opt in at any time. Once a tribe chooses to participate they will retroactively receive the complete self-exclusion list. As a result, the tribal participation/casino list is ever changing and evolving.
