Gaming Technical Manager | Overall responsibility and accountability for the gaming technical operation. Includes planning, managing and coordinating the strategic delivery of gaming technical operations, with a focus on customer relationship management. |
Gaming Shift Manager | Manages the day-to-day delivery of the gaming technical operations team with the objective of ensuring gaming product availability and performance to Sun International standards and guest expectations. |
Gaming Technician | On a shift basis to investigate, audit and identify gaming product deviations and carry out advanced repairs and product configuration for all gaming-related equipment to required standards. |
Surveillance & Security Manager | The surveillance & security manager manages and implements the surveillance and compliance function, as well as the security operations for the business unit (including the management of the in-house security company) in line with legislated requirements management. |
Surveillance Shift Manager | Manages the day-to-day delivery of the surveillance operations team with the objective of ensuring gaming and procedural compliance and protection of company assets, staff and guests. |
Surveillance Monitoring Officer | Monitors the operation to ensure gaming and procedural compliance and protection of company assets, staff and guests. |
Gaming Floor Manager | Manages the day-to-day delivery of the gaming operations team with the objective of:- maintaining standards of operation

Slots Supervisor | Supervises and monitors slots machine operation thereby ensuring that internal (SOP and ICS) and external (legislative) standards and procedures are maintained. |
Slots Guest Services Attendant | Provides exceptional gaming service to our customers on the slots floor in accordance with company standards and ICS. |
Inspector | Supervises and monitors table games, thereby ensuring that internal (ICS and SOPs) and external (legislative) standards and procedures are maintained. |
Dealer | The tables dealer facilitates the playing of the table games, and provides exceptional gaming service on the casino floor in accordance with company standards and ICS. |
Cashier Manager | The cashiering manager has the overall responsibility and accountability for the entire cashiering operation for the business unit, with specific regard to:- maintaining standards of operation
- maximising customer satisfaction
- product enhancement and development
- ensuring all operational efforts achieve the organisational strategies and objectives
- financial management and resourcing
- security of facilities and revenue

Cashier Supervisor | The cashiering supervisor supervises staff in the Cash Desk areas, thereby ensuring operational excellence, procedural compliance and guest service standards. |
Cashier | The cashier's main responsibility is to attend to guests’ transactional cash exchange requirements for gaming play purposes. |
VIP services manager | The VIP services manager is responsible for executing designated strategies to:- grow VIP gaming revenue
- lead the VIP services team to effectively manage the on-property VIP customer experience
- acquire, recognise, reward and incentivise VIP gaming customers
- track individual team members’ performance against set key performance indicators

VIP host | The VIP host is responsible for implementing the end-to-end local VIP customer programme by:- building and maintaining relations with VIP customers
- being a single point of service and contact according to Sun International VIP customer standards
- achieving set targets for acquisition, growth and retention of VIP casino customers

VIP ambassador | The VIP ambassador is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day customer relations requirements in the Privé gaming areas to ensure a VIP customer experience. |
