Gaming Technical ManagerOverall responsibility and accountability for the gaming technical operation. Cashier SupervisorThe cashiering supervisor supervises staff in the Cash Desk areas, thereby ensuring operational excellence, procedural compliance and guest service standards.CashierThe cashier's main responsibility is to attend to guests’ transactional cash exchange requirements for gaming play purposes.VIP services managerThe VIP services manager is responsible for executing designated strategies to:
  • grow VIP gaming revenue
  • lead the VIP services team to effectively manage the on-property VIP customer experience

VIP hostThe VIP host is responsible for implementing the end-to-end local VIP customer programme by:
  • building and maintaining relations with VIP customers
  • being a single point of service and contact according to Sun International VIP customer standards
  • achieving set targets for acquisition, growth and retention of VIP casino customers
VIP ambassadorThe VIP ambassador is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day customer relations requirements in the Privé gaming areas to ensure a VIP customer experience.
