TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - Casino Del Sol customers can now use debit and credit cards, but not all systems are back up and running following an attempted cyberattack.

On Feb. 21, there was a widespread system outage at Casino Del Sol. 13 News confirmed the ATMs were down, the credit card systems were out and table games went to cash-only play.

Thursday morning, March 7, Casino Del Sol posted an update saying “all restaurants and bars are now able to accept card payments... Food and Beverage vouchers are still unable to be processed at this time but rewards lost will be honored ta a later date.”

Phone lines are still down and new reservations still cannot be made, but all current bookings are being honored.

Casino Del Sol also shared the following updates:

• All Slot Machines are fully operational, including the slot ticketing system.
• All ATMs are fully operational.
• Club Sol is now open; however, we can still not retrieve our guests’ win/loss statements. We are working diligently to reboot this part of our system
• Bingo is, unfortunately, closed until further notice.
• No casino credit is available at the moment.
• The cage is currently cashing in slot tickets and gaming cheques. Cash services at the cage are currently unavailable.
• Promotional kiosks are unavailable.
• Poker, Table Games, and the SolSports Sportsbook remain open.
• All dining outlets and bars are back online and can now accept card payments.
• The phone system is still down, with no ETA for it being backed up.
• We are honoring all existing hotel/RV park bookings; however, we cannot make new bookings for the time being.
• All AVA Show tickets can still be purchased online.

“We extend our sincerest apologies for any disruption or concern this incident may have caused to our valued guests,” the casino previously said in a news release. “Your trust and security remain our top priorities.”
