We had such a great time at the Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino. Our room was gorgeous. It was a corner room with windows from ceiling to floor. We also had a hot tub in the room and it was so spacious. The view was spectacular! We watched a comedy show and the theatre was big but, placed in a way where you felt close to the comedian. We ate at the diner and ordered an array of different things. We can't wait to come back and try other restaurants. Just make sure to make your reservations before you come! There is plenty of parking, lots of games on the game floor, and plenty of dining and shopping to enjoy!

Excellent experience! Staff is professional and gracious - always friendly and willing to assist. Rooms were very clean, up to date, spacious and well laid out. Even the exterior and interior ambiance is warm, welcoming and comfortable. Casino itself was very modern but not overwhelming with obnoxious flashing lights or blaring sounds. The gaming areas are conveniently separated into specific gaming areas with an enclosed area for poker. All amenities are of high quality and provided amply. The numerous restaurants available cater to all tastes and budgets, serving genuine quality food and prices reasonable for such convenience. Room service is available and we found it to be timely, professional and food/drink quality and portion sizes on par with restaurant quality service and professionalism. Honestly, I would consider Seneca Niagara Resort near Diamond Quality accommodations without the Diamond Level prices!!! Highly, highly recommend We will most assuredly be returning soon!

Only went for dinner at their steakhouse. They could publicize how to find it, and other restaurants, especially if access is inside the casino floor. Several other restaurants seemed to only be accessible through the slots area, so have to be 21 for that. The steakhouse was on the second floor, up the escalator, and we had a reservation. They seated us quickly and our server, Kyle, was hustling and friendly. I have some food allergies and he told me all about their safety protocol and I felt well taken-care-of. We had some wonderful crab cakes, excellent steaks, amazing mashed and sweet potato sides. Would definitely go again.

Overall it’s a great resort and we had a good time. Everything was clean and room service was great. My only complaint is paying for every service. We asked for plates and we were charged $ and then had to pay $17 per person for a basic breakfast. We came here for my sister’s 21st birthday and so I didn’t mind paying but it’s definitely something to consider. With that being said, you are within walking distance to a lot of restaurants.

All in all it was a great experience. The location perfect. 15 minute walk to the the trolley which took us to the horseshoe falls and a 15 min walk to the rainbow bridge to Canada. The food in all the restaurants was delicious, the room was very comfortable, and the staff pleasant. Had there been one USB port in the room I'd have given 5 stars.

Room was very nice and clean. Bed and pillows not so comfy tho. Staff was very nice and helpful. Casino is small. Restaurants are so so. The one was 3 sisters was suppose to be breakfast buffet but was not. Huge long line to wait to even get in. The restaurant with the lunch and dinner buffet was fantastic tho. So much to choose from!

I really enjoy going to Seneca Niagara Casino. This visit though (as a smoker) I found the smoking section too smoky. Prior to Covid the smoking section was larger and had much better air circulation. The variety of slots & tables is great but the slots seemed to be tighter than usual. There is free alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages available when playing but there aren’t that many servers coming around and if they do they just say “drinks anyone?” as they run by you. 9/10 times I miss them because they walked by too fast. They are hard to hear over some of the machines. But the servers are friendly.

Service was terrible. Check in desk was unfriendly and unhelpful. We were exhausted after driving12 hours and would have appreciated not having to search for elevators, pool floor etc. Valet service ignored us at checkin and kept looking at phone. Valet were better in the morning. Security were friendly and helpful. The room was good. Mattress okay and pillows were comfortable. Nice size room. The only negative was that the room we had was right over pool and smelled like both chlorine and cigarettes. The air conditioner did not seem to work well and stayed at 22 C even when adjusted The hotel is not really “near” the falls and falls view is pushing it. We had a view of parking lot and pool roof but we were only staying the one night. We had hoped it would be a good stop on a long journey The pool area does look lovely and there are lots of restaurants on site. Watch though because they are closed certain days

Lovely room. Great views. Good bathroom. Comfy bed. Fun and safe casino. Great location close to the Falls. Using Covid as an excuse not to empty your bin in your room, change linen, provide new toiletries or tea bags for 4 days. Disappointing for such a good hotel. Though they do deliver tea if requested.

As a casino goes it was a nice place. No place to get complimentary drinks like other casinos have and not many people walking around asking if you would like a drink but those that do can get you drinks. Very little staff to be seen and only the security person at the entrance said hi. One of the hospitality staff was friendly. Good variety of games so gambling was fun.

Nice and Comfortable room and bed. But found a few bed bugs. I don’t know how much it came out and attached itself to our luggages. But saw a few on the bed and my baby child was bitten on her back and arms. I hope my house doesn’t get bed bugs from this hotel room. And they charge you for watching TV as well. Other hotels don’t charge what’s in the room. But they charge for using everything in the room. TV, and the water bottles they have put in the room. They’re $2 per bottle charged after you check out.

We loved our stay at the Seneca Niagara! Some reviewers stated it smelled like cigarette smoke, however we (non-smokers) did not smell cigarettes on our floor. We loved having the restaurants and bars in house, and even though they close kinda early you can still get a drink in the Aces (smoking) bar and then take it to the non-smoking area and hang out. They have the cutest chairs and booths in the back that we sat in every night. The location is great as it is super close to the falls and Prospect Street, as well as the Rainbow Bridge to cross into Canada. Our room faced the falls (you can only see the mist) and the bridge so that was fun. We had a slight issue with our shower but maintenance had it fixed in less than 15 minutes from our call to the front desk. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed two nights at the Seneca. Paid extra for room with view of falls. Couldn’t see the falls only the mist!! Told there would be no problem parking our pickup and motorcycle trailer but it was a problem and we had to jump through hoops to get permission. Staff is not professional.. checking out the front desk person brought up wrong room, got very nasty with us over the bill when I explained it wasn’t our room. Room was nice but not the view described in website. The bathroom sink was clogged and they charged you $ for water. Not the experience we were hoping for. To sum it up the staff is lacking in professionalism, hotel needs attention to details. I won’t be going back. Many nicer places to stay!!

Where do I start AMAZING STAY! AMAZING Service! If there is a question, spring for the suite! Corner suite with amazing views! Windows from ceiling to floor! If you know anything about the falls, then you know that no one can see the falls from the American side! Still amazing views! Clean hotel, new slot machines friendly service, great room service, jacuzzi in room I cannot wait to come back! I surprisingly had a bunch of fun playing the slots! Probably one of the best parts of our trip! I booked directly on their website and got a great package! Only confusing thing is the social club. You get complimentary $15 when your sign up but could not figure out how to use it. Other than that, great time, great food, great service, great vacation!

A big disappointment. Went during the week to celebrate our anniversary. Italian restaurant was closed for dinner. Three sisters, waited 30 minutes and then told the chef quit and an additional 45 minutes. Tried next morning for reservation at the Italian restaurant and told they were booked. We did eat the buffet and it was good. But, they weren’t even open the night before. Rooms could be cleaner, all of the mirrors had not been cleaned with towel smudges on them. This place used to be good.

Rooms are clean, spacious and nicely appointed. Main areas of Hotel were kept clean as was Casino. Even the smoking side was great, I hardly smelt smoke at all. Restaurants got busy, but food was great. No one I knew complained about any of their meals. We especially liked Bear Claw for Coffee! Katelyn greeted us with a warm smile every day, and the service was fast.

The rooms are inexpensive in the off season, but you will pay for it in other ways. First of all, the surrounding neighborhood is not good. Don’t expect to walk anywhere from the hotel. We checked in on their app and were told we would receive a text with room information. Nothing. An hour later we check at the desk and they say “we still don’t have a room for you”. We had reservations so a little frustrating after a long drive, but we sat on the floor with the rest of the people waiting. Two more hours and most people have cleared out so we check again. The woman at the desk was rude. No apologies. Basically threw the keys at my husband and called for the next person. One of the keys to the room didn’t work. The shower in our room was barely worked. Just a trickle. A couple of the towels were visibly dirty. We kept encountering other guests who were having issues. Broken bathtubs. Keys that don’t work.

I have stayed here 2 times so far and nothing bad to say! Room: King/Falls view was excellent. Pool area is nice and also has times for adults only. Valet parking is always prompt/courteous. This most recent stay we figured out we would try room service from 3 Sisters and it was actually better than dining in the restaurant! Both dinner and breakfast were great and I will honestly say we were shocked. All staff we spoke with were courteous and nice as well.

I can't speak highly enough of Seneca after our first visit. Even crossing the border from Canada was quick and the fact that Seneca is literally 2 minutes away from the border made things super easy for us. Free valet parking, easy check-in, spot-less and modern room that even had a mini fridge, we were very pleased. We made use of the pool and hot tub, the facilities were clean and there was lots of towels. Once ready, we started our evening in the gorgeous "Lounge " bar and had some excellent drinks- great recommendations from the bartenders. Then we headed out on the gaming floor and to our delight discovered there was free live entertainment too. We had a blast! Great selection of slots and we earned $30 in free play by signing up for their rewards program. We had such a great time we immediately booked again for in June. See ya soon!

Pros: clean, mini fridge in room, right next to ice room, nice view, close to Niagara Falls, nice staff Cons: no microwave in room or apparently anywhere on property (which I think is BS), expensive, elevators took forever, lame cable TV with no opportunity to hook Netflix up We had a very nice stay for our honeymoon. We stayed for three nights, and we stayed in a king size bed suite with a jacuzzi that ended up costing around $ If I could change anything I probably would have made the decision to stay at a hotel where you would get complimentary breakfast, microwave in room, and less people trying to use the elevators. The resort is very pricey with the restaurants, but I will say the in room dining is pretty good food. We loved using the jacuzzi. We liked the bathroom, and everything was clean. Sucked the room service didn’t clean everyday, and when I called I was noticed of that they only clean every three days so I asked if they could take trash and they offered to get us more towels which was okay. We brought our own food to reheat which basically went to waste because there was no microwave. Staff was very pleasant. The location is great because it’s very close to everything related to Niagara Falls. I’d recommend if you’re looking to be extra and stay somewhere kind of fancy, book here, but If you’re looking for a great place with better options, look elsewhere.

Buffet was not all that for the price. The roast beef was dryer than the Sahara desert and boot leather tough if that’s possible! And the gentleman serving it was rude and seemed like he had something else better to do than to slice a piece of meat. Wings were great and the mashed potatoes. Deserts were amazing and the Moscow mule was awesome also. Our server was great too.

Yuli Duvergel — Google review

Really enjoyed my stay. The rooms we're nice and spacious. Came with a refrigerator and all the other amenities with the exception of a microwave which I understand because they want you to either use the room service or come down and eat a hot meal at the restaurants. There were other places that seemed cheaper (until you add in luxury/ amenity tax and parking) and still connected to the casino but if you use the room packages on their website (I used Stay & Play) you get a way better deal with it being all inclusive.

Stanley Cheeks (Stan the Man) — Google review

The resort/casino are very nice! A few restaurants to eat at if not wanting to leave the vascinity. Always nice to have a smoking and non-smoking casino area, but the smoking area always makes the lobby smell a little of smoke. The real highlight is the room, which is very well maintained with a large bathroom and shower! The king room was extremely comfortable and well laid out. The bed was cozy and the air system was easy to adjust while still being very quiet! I greatly appreciate that! FREE parking is nice, because so many locations charge to park even if staying on the premises. Lastly, the staff are professional but not necessarily pleasant. I think they probably deal with a lot of drunk gamblers and so I understand a bit. I recommend this casino for couples looking to get a cheaper room to tour the falls!!

Excellent location and experience. One of the best buffets I've ever been to. About 8 blocks or 15 minutes from falls and old Falls street is full of delicious food. Definitely stop by the culinary institute for a pastry and lunch from the students

I haven’t seen a more unhelpful front desk staff. I had an off situation because my flight got delayed. I understand that they decided to cancel my reservation, but they could have opted to be helpful for so many minor things in my situation. Their staff chose to be indifferent and border line rude. I got my reservation re-instated by calling the Reservation call-center, paying for an extra day. The staff failed to get me checked in for the next 5 hours. I understand an early check-in would have been a favor, but they couldn’t even get me a room at 4 pm because it was still dirty. My general sense about this hotel’s management is that one hand doesn’t know what the other is doing. So if everything lines up neatly for your trip, you’ll probably be fine. If things go off track, and something very simple could be of help to, something they can very easily do, you can’t depend on them. They don’t care (no early check-in), and they are incompetent (can’t get you a check in at schedule time).

We had a very pleasant lady check us in, explained the services in detail. Our room was on the 26th floor with a excellent view view of the falls and Canadian side. Beds were very comfortable. Didn't win anything at the Casino but we didn't come for that. Would stay again.

Sent a weekend at Seneca with family. It’s a beautiful hotel, stunning artwork, contemporary architecture. Casino entrances are in the lobby and are 24 hours I believe. Definitely a lot of people in and out at all hours. The front desk attendant needs some extra training on customer service, that experience alone might be why I wouldn’t stay there again. That first impression was not inviting, welcoming or friendly. We stayed on the 21st floor which allowed for a really nice view. The hotel has 2 bottles of water in the room with a tag on it that says if you drink it you have to pay $2 which is absolutely ridiculous!!!! To use the pool you have to use your room key and there are hours for adults only since it is a small indoor pool. There is a bear claw cafe in the hotel that serves pretty decent breakfast sandwiches. The 3 sisters restaurant in the front has basic buffet food. Parking is free in front of the hotel but may be difficult since people visiting the casino park there as well.

The view of our room was worth $ a night. The front desk service, the smell cigarettes throughout the hotel, was not. The casino is decent. Our room didn’t have a microwave which was crazy. I’d stay here again, but the front desk need to be more pleasant and they need to fiqure out how to hinder the cigarette smell. Our room was , which was a great view!

Rooms were nice. Wait time for the Three Sister's Cafe was about an hour with a bunch of open tables. Tyler, our severer was great and explained that we came at shift change. Bar in the casino was horrible. We waited 30 to for 40 minutes for drinks. The younger guy was definitely trying to keep up but they had some dead weight behind the bar. The buffet was pretty good. The front desk lady seemed either over worked or just miserable. Over all, 2 stars.

Amazing views in the king jacuzzi suite. Room was great. Service was amazing. Price wasn’t all that bad for the room! Good located right in the lobby so we didn’t have to leave!

Absolutely awesome place. I have been to casinos that are bigger and offer more. However, everyone here was super chill and not pushy. I didn't feel like people were hovering over me all the time. The bar staff near the raised stage were incredible. Super attentive and quick! I would definitely recommend stopping here!

Grungy Clock — Google review

I don’t like to leave negative reviews but I definitely didn’t receive the 4 star experience I was expecting. The entire service staff needs more training (aside from a couple of the guest services associates and our massage therapists). Most of them acted like they simply didn’t want to be there. I get it. I don’t want to be at my job either, which is why I was on a mini “vacation.” But I never treat my clients like that. Burnt out? Underpaid? Me too! That’s why I’m here hello…thisisnl.nlrants are only open certain days (my fault for not looking at the hours closer). But what really upset me was after eating at the same restaurant about 6 times in a row (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), we finally get to Koi and they stop seating an hour early because “they’re slow.” Are you kidding me?! Paid $17 per person for the breakfast buffet that was actually continental breakfast you’d typically get for free at a Best Western. We booked a 4 night stay and left after 2 nights and that was even pushing it. I had better food in the comfort of my own home. Do better before marketing yourselves as a 4 star resort casino hotel.

Casino is always win some loose some. Low rate table games, therefore, decent playing time. Timely valet. Great service and food at Three Sister restaurant. Rooms clean and nice. Excellent spa service. SAFE ATMOSPHERE.

I stayed here on April 3rd, and was extremely happy with the experience! They were very nice when I called to make the reservation, the check in and check out process was great, the rooms were very spacious and clean with great views. Having the restaurants, arcade, and casino all in the same building was awesome!! Great location, really close the Falls. The only downsides were that the restaurants had really long lines and no one was giving updates on time frame, and that was due to only 2 of them being open. I think all the restaurants need to be open every day. Also, I would recommend getting new bed sheets, those felt like plastic shower curtains. We will definitely be back to stay again!

Mandy Beamer — Google review

We had a room with a view It's was gorgeous watching the sun go down and the lights of old falls street light up.. with the spray from both falls. Room service was amazing.. we had breakfast and dinner. Can't wait to come back. Maybe next time we will win at the casino too. 🤣

Great casino, entertainment and rooms. Location is easy to find, easy in and out. Plenty of free parking. The Bears Den can't be beat for seeing a band. Small venue seats, great intimate seating, great acoustics. Stop in at the back bar, the bartender Ralph is great. Never missed a beat to get you a fresh beer. I would have given it a 5, but when you 1st walk in the front lobby you can smell the smoke from the smoking area casino. After you get past this area it smells fine.
