Loyal member let down

I've been a member of this site for a few years and never had a problem, they are good payers when it comes to small amounts but recently I've won a larger amount and they asked for me to verify my account which i did via everything they've asked and was told 48 hours to check but it's gone past that. I've been in contact with them to ask why they still haven't paid and get what feels like delaying tactics. If they do get round to paying i will give you an update. Update, after a few emails back and forth they have finally verified and paid. For this i will up it to 4 stars

Great customer service

So far so good. Peggy in live chat was amazing. Really helpful and didn't have to wait long to connect to live chat. Good selection of games. Verified electronically but sent in docs anyway as recommended by Peggy. Just made a withdraw so hopefully they stick to their withdraw time frames. Can’t fault them so far

Started off ok but.....

I just closed my account as sadly another casino that takes far to long to withdraw. Parimatch withdraw instantly,so money goes into bank within seconds.
UPDATE-Yes you replied,but its not processed so dont lie please 🤦‍♂️. All these reviews are FAKE,which is obvious,they email you asking for it to be changed. People saying "fast withdrawals" are clearly connected to the company,as was told my withdrawal was done,still not received it 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Live chat folks are really nice

Live chat folks are really nice, Teresa was quite patient with my questions and helpful which is always good. Becca was no different, didn't take her long to reply and provided good support, I've contacted the support on multiple occasions due to verifying account so spoke with few agents, only Catalina seemed to be annoyed that I dare to even try reach help through the chat but it is what it is.
Game selection is rather poor, having only microgaming and pragmatic isn't ideal, bonuses are available only when you pay by card, not paypal so keep a note of this.

I contacted the Live Chat cause l had a query about a withdrawal. The agent called Gwen was really friendly and helpful. He reassured me and told me my withdrawal would be processed during the day.

Actually one star is too generous but it’s my only option.
I have been emailing and chatting to support for over a year now, trying to locate a missing credit balance. At first I would get acknowledgment replies advising that it would take time, but now I don’t even get that. I must have emailed at least 10 times over the past 12 months, but I’m still no closer to a resolution. I wouldn’t normally go down this route of posting negative feedback, but from other reviews on here, it would appear to be the only way to get s response
