The highlight of Macao. The best hotel to stay in. Though the sheer size and crowd can be unnerving. Beautiful large rooms though slightly dated. People from other hotels throng to see this magnificent hotel. Excellent for eating and shopping.

Very nice rooms, stayed in the Bella Suite which was 70 square ft in area. Had it's own area for sofas and 2 TVs, with complementary coffee and tea. Service was very fast, bringing us spare towels and water. The price is obviously very expensive, but we were able to get a discount from a travel agency by providing 2 Macau IDs.

I loved the experience. However I was not gambling I was facilitating. My client had a great support team. The hotel staff were supportive and flexible. The only thing to be warned it is gigantic so making my steps a day was easy.

Quite possibly the best place in Macau. While I didn't take a night to rest at Macau, this hotel/casino/shopping center was amazing. The food inside the shopping center's food court is definitely top notch. The only thing that sucks about the food court is that it is very competitive to find a table during peak hours. The roads that connect the stores are also well-displayed and built elegantly. Shopping here was a onetime experience and I would definitely come back.

The Venetian Macau is a highly sought-after spot for those who love casino games. It's a must-visit destination in Macau. It is the biggest casino in Asia and the second-biggest casino in the world. Entering into it is a stunning encounter. There are multiple entrances, and individuals under 21 years of age are not permitted to enter. It's advisable to have your identification on hand as security guards may request to see it. If you're a foreign national, presenting a digital copy of your passport is acceptable. It's best to avoid taking pictures in a noticeable manner. Instead, try to be discreet and take your chances. If you want to capture the best experience, bring your camera and head outside in the evening to enjoy the magnificent view.

Way too difficult to navigate. Not signposted well enough and some escalators from the ground floor lead to the casino with no other exit point. Staff can sometimes be a bit not incompetent but lacking. If you know I'm trying to get somewhere, we've established you're not happy with my form of ID (despite other security members being satisfied with it) then maybe you should suggest another way to get there without me having to ask?

didn't stay at this hotel, but visited the area. After browsing the reviews, knowing that the indoor view is better than the outdoor view, and it is crowded during afternoon and evening. Unfortunately, we did not enter the place due to time constraints. However, overall, the outdoor view at night is also great

The Venetian in Macau is truly an extraordinary experience, highly recommended for any traveler. It exudes an impressive elegance that immediately captivates. Despite the throngs of Chinese tourists meandering through its vast halls, the charm of the Venetian remains untouched. This bustling atmosphere adds an authentic touch to the experience, giving the feeling of being in the heart of a thriving metropolis. What is particularly noteworthy are the gaming tables, still empty, standing in yawning silence, waiting to be discovered. This offers a unique opportunity to explore and enjoy the games at leisure, without the need to navigate through large crowds. It is this quiet haven amidst the storm that makes the Venetian a must-visit for anyone coming to Macau. Beyond the gaming tables, the Venetian boasts a plethora of luxury shops, top-tier restaurants, and stunning architectural features, making for a comprehensive experience. The water canals and gondolas bring Venice to mind, adding a romantic and dreamy atmosphere to the complex. In summary, despite the bustling corridors and the multitude of visitors, the Venetian in Macau remains a haven of tranquility and luxury. It is a place that both invigorates the soul and calms the mind, promising unforgettable memories for every guest.

I have no words to explain my experience at The Venetian Macau. Second largest Casino in the world and the largest single structure hotel in Asia. The Venetian Macau measures sq ft and has divided in 4 Sections as Golden Fish, Imperial House, Red Dragon and Phoenix. Also they has Small boat on 1st floor where you can see lots of International big brands. I have added few images for reference. They have shuttle bus services without any charges from The Venetian Macau to Taipa Ferry Terminal/Border Gate/The Londoner Macau/Sands Macau. Definitely worth to visit in a Life. When you visit, please do share your experience too. Stay connected, stay safe. Thank You So Much for your support. Please follow me on Google Maps for latest updates.

Very great hotel to stay in Macau. Exact replica of las Vegas' venetian. Rooms were very royal and huge and so were the huge bathrooms. The lobby area was so huge. You almost get lost while roaming inside hotel. There are 3 to 5 restaurants inside this hotel. A huge branded mall and and inside Venice like structure you wouldn't feel like you are inside any building.

I am impressed every time we stay here! Extremely large room perfect for a family with kids. Only down side is how expensive things are in the Shoppe mall. I just bought breakfast from McDonald's, and it was pricey!

I can fault a few things 1: is no alcohol on the gaming floor of the casino which is so different to what we have experienced. 2: booked with breakfast but it’s not what we got (we had 4 people in our room only got a set menu for 2 at a dumpling restaurant which had a breakfast that was pretty average. But overall the experience was just amazing The room was by far one of the best we have stayed in. They accommodated kids so well with kid robes and slippers The staff and security were by far the best Everything is so expensive but it’s expected

Good experience overall but I don't like being signed to a disability room when no one is disabled.. The disability room feels smaller than the regular one, though I imagine it will be very useful for those in need Hotel staffs are helpful but their English can be improved, especially those who assist guest in transit bus queue area.. The architecture was very luxurious & very good to take picture Sadly there aren't any gondola staff who can give us ride around the canal.. If they open this service, it would be 5 stars from me

Loved staying at the Venetian! Macau is tailored for two things, gambling and luxury shopping and the Venetian has both by boasting a very large casino floor and having the largest shopping district out of all the Macau casinos. In addition, it has a Venice theme with a canal through the middle of the shopping district. The room was very spacious and relatively cheap given the quality (~$ AUD per night for 2 queen bed room). It is a bit hard to navigate given the size of the area but think of the casino floor being the middle, and the Shoppes surrounding it in a circle. Much like all the other Macau casinos, there is a free shuttle bus that goes to and from the hotel and the ferry terminals and airport. Also, the table games are more tailored to mainland Chinese with 90% of the tables being Baccarat, and the rest being Blackjack or Poker.

It is in the heart of Macau. The iconic Veneziano-inspired architecture creates a captivating atmosphere. The spacious suites are luxurious, featuring elegant furnishings and modern amenities. The hotel’s vast array of dining options caters to diverse tastes and the shopping arcade adds a touch of extravagance. A lavish choice for those seeking a glamorous and entertqining stay in Macau.

Hotel lobby is gorgeous. Rooms are a little out dated. But service is very responsive. Would prefer if staff couldn’t access our room as and when they liked. We were in the room and staff used a card to open our door asking if we would like housekeeping, it’s quite shocking for them to open like this. We are shocked. Hopefully next time they will phone us to ask us instead of opening our door without permission. Would also prefer to get a room nearer to the main lobby as it’s a mins walk from room to main lobby, hard to move around with a baby

Located approximately 3 kilometres from the Macau International Airport, the Venetian Macao is a world-class palatial resort for the rich and mighty. It is a 5-star suite featuring glass windows, marble bathrooms, and ultra-modern facilities. The speciality is the view from each of the rooms on offer. Needless to say fine dining options range from French, Italian to Japanese cuisines. Even for non-residents, this is a must-visit place for all tourists in Macau. The mall's interior is designed inspired by Venice. In fact, as I walked around the mall I definitely felt I was in Venice though the high-end retail brands were tempting me to pick up something in Venetian Macau. I would surely recommend a Gondola ride for tourists who have not been to Venice. The artificial water pathways created with a lot of attention will surely make you hmmm the Bollywood song" Dil Lafzon ki Hai, Dil ki Kahani "

It was great time than my expectations. Me and my girlfriend enjoyed alot. Great hospitality, comfort luxurious room. Price is bit high but over all what we got the services and great moments the price was nothing. Fully satisfied.

The casino area is one of the most turistic and visited in Macao. Nonetheless, it is still fun to just walk around and visit the copy of Venice buildings and squares. In this area, you can also find restaurants that are not too expensive, and try different kind of Asian cuisine

Lovely Gondola ride. The boatman was so friendly. Even the shop attendants at the souvenir shop are really very sweet. Reasonably priced items. You need to queue for the Gondola ride for about 30min.

Unfortunately service was quite poor at the hotel. Largely it was let down by the check in experience. After at least a 30 minute wait it took a further 30 minutes to do the check in proces which is quite unheard of. I'm an IHG Silver member (second tier) and whilst it's only 10 nights a year to achieve, there seemed no recognition of it. I'd asked for a late checkout and was told that the latest checkout was 12pm - whereas it should have been 2pm as per their member offers. We booked two rooms and one room was not ready until pm (after which they gave me a 2pm checkout. At the check in, they told us there would be only two of us who had given ID that could charge to our room. No problem. However everywhere I went subsequently I was told that I couldn't charge because no deposit was left. No option to do so was given at check in. As a result I couldn't earn IHG points on any of my expenditure. I had no chance to address this because the line at reception was always at least 30inites. At one point when I visited there was more than people waiting. I kid you not. When it takes 30 minutes it's little surprise. Nice rooms. But that's about where it ends.

Rooms were spacious but that’s about it. Nothing special and definitely NOT worth the price. The overall hotel structure was incredibly confusing. The only great thing about this was the line up of shops that were super accessible + the famous egg tart store.

Great hotel but first night was given a room with a view of a big carpark facing the west and outdated furnishings even though I booked one with a landmark view. Staff was accommodating when requested to change the next day so overall a positive experience for our first time there. Concierge was really helpful with practical tips on travels. The only complaint was the heavy smoking smell in and out of the lobby since smoking in public is still pretty prevalent.

Stayed in the double queen room. Room is spacious and clean. The baby cot fits between the 2 beds. There are 2 spots to check in. FYI, Diamond Ambassadors are only entities to 1 complementary breakfast ( at level 1, Milan room) additional adults are about MOP. What impressed me most is the staff. Everyone we interacted with was very courteous. Considering how massive the property is, the staff were the star. Shout out to Kimmy and Team. Thank you We look forward to returning again.

The rooms, pools and Casino of the hotel are fantastic as always. The vegetarian restaurants are closed at the moment but you can google and visit Goa Nights which is close by. Daniel at the front desk was super quick and considerate for quick check-in and very helpful for the things to do around.

As its reputation suggests, the lobby was grand and handsome. I booked two rooms and asked for a pre-connecting room, they didn't forget to give it to me first when I checked in. I felt good when they smiling brightly and welcomed me. During stay, if i make a request to the front desk, they respond quickly. And the staff kindly tells the route and location wherever i go, making it even more memorable. If I go again, I will definitely stay at the Venetian again.

Nice spot to visit. We dropped in for an hour or two during our day trip to Macau. This Venetian feels almost identical to the Venetian in Las Vegas. We didn't stay overnight and so I can't comment on the rooms here, but I'd bet they are quite nice. The one good thing here is that the gondola rides on the Grand Canal are cheaper than in Vegas. We paid about $60 USD for a private gondola. Our guide didn't sing, but there was another gondola off the main canal where the guy was signing. Also, everyone we spoke with was very friendly. I would have no qualms about recommending The Venetian!

My stay at The Venetian Resort Macao was nothing short of extraordinary! The suites are incredibly spacious, providing a level of comfort that exceeded my expectations. The staff's helpfulness and warm smiles added a personal touch to the experience. The connection to a vast shopping mall right from the hotel is a convenience like no other, and the diverse options in the food court made every meal a delight. The buffet breakfast at Milan was not just excellent but a delightful culinary experience. In my travels, I confidently declare this as the best hotel in the world, complemented by one of the finest casinos globally. Highly recommend for an unforgettable stay!

It was a wonderful experience. People below the age of 21 were not allowed to the casino. The rooms were neat. Went on a business trip. I hope to stay here again on the next visit. thisisnl.nln from the front desk was so helpful, special thanks to him.

The room felt a bit outdated and the towels were worn. However, the hotel's convenient location was a plus and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, there was a strong smoke smell in the lobby and elevators.
