Entering the Games

QI type in my password but the casino is not letting me in, what do I do?
APlease keep in mind that both the username and password are case sensitive. Please make sure that you are entering your password using the same capitalization as you did when creating it. If you continue to experience difficulties, please contact our Customer Service staff and be sure to include your nickname when sending us a message.
QI click on the game and it starts downloading, I thought I already downloaded the casino, what do I do?
AFor your convenience we have made it possible for you to download only the games you want to play. You will only download each game once, the first time you play it. After this initial download the game will be available instantly every time you enter the casino.

Real Chips v. Free Chips

QI don’t see the button to buy chips anywhere, where is it?
APlease click on the game of your choice and type in your username and password to enter. Once you are in the game, you will see the “Buy Chips” button at the bottom of the screen on a blue bar. To purchase real money chips, click on the “Buy Chips” button, select the denomination you wish to purchase, select the amount, and proceed to choose your method of payment.
QHow do I play with free chips?
ATo play with the free Zero chips follow these instruction:
  • Enter the game that you would like to play
  • Pick up a green chip with a 0 on it
    A message will pop up reminding you that will be playing with free chips and all winnings and losses will be in Zero chips only
  • Click the “OK” button in the message to show that you’ve read it
  • Pick up a green chip and play!

Playing Off-Line

QHow do I play Off-Line?
ATo play off-line you do not need to login using your username and password.  Instead, simply click on the “Play Off-Line” button in the “Login” window.

Switching Games

QDo I have to cash out each time I want to switch games or leave the casino?
ANo, you do not have to cash out. If you wish to switch from one game to another, all you need to do is click on the “Exit” button in the game you are currently in and select another game from the menu on the main casino floor. The chips will automatically follow you from game to game. You are also welcome to leave the chips in your account and simply exit the casino. The money will be there the next time you enter the casino to play.

Record of Transactions

QWhere can I see how much I spent/won?
AYou can click on the “Record of Transactions” button on the main casino floor to view a complete list of all your purchases, cash outs, and daily balances. You can also request an e-mail copy of your Record of Transactions. To request an e-mail copy of your Record of Transactions, click on the “Contact Us” button and send us a message with the following Subject Line: “username FULL STATEMENT”.

Inviting your Friends to play

QHow do I invite my friends to play?
AWe have a special “Invite-a-Friend” feature that will allow you to send the casino download file to your friends and receive a special gift if they sign up and play! To send our casino to your friends follow these steps:
  • Go into any game and click on the “Invite-A-Friend” button on the blue bar at the bottom of the screen
  • Write a short message to your friend in the space provided
  • Click Send to send the message directly to your friend

Receiving Bonus Chips

QHow can I get my bonus chips?
AThe $30 promotional gift will be automatically added on to your First real money purchase. To make your initial purchase and receive a gift, please follow these instructions:
  • Enter the game that you would like to play
  • Click on the “Buy Chips” button on the blue bar at the bottom of the screen
  • Select the amount you wish to purchase
  • Select your preferred method of payment
  • Follow the instructions under you preferred method of payment to make your initial purchase of chips
  • Once your purchase is approved and chips are credited to your account you will see the $30 gift added to whatever amount you purchased.
QIs there a way to minimize the casino without exiting it?
AYes, you can press on the “Esc” button on your keyboard to minimize the casino without exiting it.
QHow can I exchange a $10 chip for ten of $1?
AThe Real Money chips come in three different denominations for most games: $10, $5, and $1.  The chips table in every game has a stack of green Zero chips and three places for the real money chips each with a 0 under it.  The left most stack is for the $10 chips, the one in the middle is for the $5 chips and the right most is for the $1 chips.  To exchange a $10 chip for two $5 chips or ten $1 chips, simply drag and drop it into the 0 of the appropriate stack.
QThe game fills the entire screen / I don’t see the button to buy chips.
AOur casino is best viewed with a computer screen resolution of at least 800 by 600. If your resolution is set lower you may not be able to view some parts of the screen. To change your resolution please follow these instructions:
  • Go to the Start Menu and select Settings –> Control Panel
  • In the Control Panel double-click on the “Display” icon
  • In the Display window select the last tab “Settings”
  • Move the arrow in the Screen Area section to change the resolution.
  • Click “OK” to save settings
  • You may have to restart your computer in order for the new settings to take effect
QI downloaded the file but it says zip file is truncated or corrupt.
AThe original download file may have been altered during the download process. Please try downloading it again. This error often occurs during high Internet traffic hours such as evenings and weekends. If at all possible, try downloading at a slower time, such as weekdays. If the problem persists, please contact our Customer Service Staff and they will be happy to assist you.
QI was in the middle of a game and I lost connection, what happened to the game?
AWe take great care to make sure that our servers offer the highest level of reliability to our players. Most of the time if you lose your connection to the games the error occurred somewhere along the way from your computer to our server.. Press Alt-Tab or Alt-Esc to leave the game and re-enter Windows. Then close the minimized game at the bottom of the screen. If this problem persists, please contact your local Internet provider.

If you experience a problem as a result of this unfortunate loss of connection, please contact our Customer Service staff through the “Contact Us” option in the casino AS SOON AS THE ERROR OCCURS and explain in detail what happened.  Please be sure to include your nickname along with your message.

Changing Your Payment Method for Buying Chips

QI bought chips with one of my cards but now I want to change it to another card (or another method of payment). How do I do that?
AIf you’ve already purchased chips with a credit card, then we have safely recorded your information in your account. To purchase chips with a different credit card simply click on the “Credit Card” button and a new window will appear allowing you to enter information for your new Credit Card. If you wish to select another method of payment simply click on the corresponding button and follow the instructions on the screen.

Note: Whenever you enter information for a new credit card or a new method of payment you MUST fill in all the fields. This new entry will replace the old one in your account. If you do not fill in all the information we may be unable to mail you your winnings.

Receiving the chips after making a purchase

QI purchase chips using my credit card, how soon can I get chips?
AIf your credit card is approved for the purchase, the chips will be made available to you instantly.
QI sent money by Wire Transfer, how soon can I get chips?
AThe Wire Transfers are usually confirmed within a week. Your account will be credited as soon as confirmation of your transfer is received. Please be sure to enter your complete Name and Address information when you choose Bank Wire Transfer as your preferred payment method. Correct Name and Address information will ensure that your winnings are paid promptly.

Credit Card Authorization Failure

QI tried to buy chips but it said that my card cannot be authorized and I didn’t get anything, will I still get charged?
ANo, if you did not receive the chips, you will not be charged for them. Here are some of the reasons why your card may have been declined:
  • You are over your credit card’s limit
  • You are over your daily casino limit ($900 per card) – the daily limit is reset every 24 hours.
  • Your credit card bank does not accept Internet gaming purchases

If you continue to experience difficulties using your card in our casino, please contact your bank and verify that your card can be used. If the problem persists, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Service Staff who will be happy to assist you.

Cashing Out

QHow often can I cash out?
AYou can cash out as often as you like, however please note that you do not have to cash out unless you want to exchange your chips for real money. You can even leave the chips in the casino after you are finished playing for the day. The chips will remain safely in your account until the next time you enter the casino.
QHow can I withdraw the money I won?
ATo exchange your chips back into real money you can click on the “Cash Out” button in any game. Enter the amount you wish to cash out or leave the field blank to exchange all chips on hand for real money. Your cash out will be processed within 24 hours. For a complete list of all your purchases, cash outs, and daily balances please click on the “Record of Transaction” button on the main casino floor.

Receiving Your Winnings

QHow will I get paid?
AIn most cases your winnings will be credited to your credit card. In those cases when we cannot credit your card, we will rush your winnings to you by check.
QHow soon will I get my winnings?
AThe credit to the card will usually be issued within twenty-four hours. The checks are sent out every day and the speed of delivery will vary depending on the mail service in your location.

Note: Please make sure that you gave us your COMPLETE and CORRECT address and name information when you purchased chips.  Incorrect or incomplete address or name can slow down the delivery of your winnings.

QWhy am I getting paid by a check when I want credit to the card?
AWe will always try to credit your credit card with the winnings; however, Visa Regulations do not allow credit in excess of previous sales. Mastercard and Eurocard do not allow any credits. For that reason we recommend using Visa credit cards. If we cannot credit your credit card we will rush your winnings to you by check. To minimize banking costs, only cash out when you have won a sufficiently high amount. Chips will remain on your account when you switch games or even when you leave the casino.
QWhen do you charge my credit card?
AAll transactions, both charges and credits, are processed once a day. At the end of the day we will calculate your daily balance and enter it into your Record of Transactions. You can click on the “Record of Transactions” button on the main casino floor to view a complete list of all your purchases, cash outs, and daily balances.
QHow come I cashed out $200 but you only credited $75? Where is the rest of it?
AThe amount you cash out is NOT the amount of your winnings. Your winnings and losses are determined by your daily balance. Your balance is a total of all your purchases compared to the total of all your cash outs.

Example:

Total Purchases for the day = $125

Total Cash Outs for the day = $200

Daily Balance = $75 in winnings

We do NOT charge you for the entire amount you purchase, nor do we credit you for the entire amount you cash out.  Instead, we calculate your daily balance and either charge or credit you with the amount in your daily balance.

QCan you send my winnings by Wire Transfer?
AWe do not usually send winnings using Bank Wire Transfers, however, if your winnings exceed $1000 we would consider you for a special wire transfer. Please contact our Customer Service Staff for more details.
QI saw that I was being mailed a check, where is it going? To my house or my bank?
AThe check is mailed to the address you provided when you chose your preferred method of purchase and filled in the Name and Address information. If you purchased chips using a Credit Card and need to make changes to your Name and Address information, please follow these instructions:
  • Enter any game and click on the “Buy Chips” button
  • Select at least $1 as the amount
  • Click on the “Credit Card” button
  • Enter all of your credit card information and click “OK”
  • Enter all of your name and address information making whatever changes are necessary. Be sure to enter ALL of the information requested because this new information will replace the old record you had in the casino
  • Click “OK” to complete the purchase
  • Once the purchase is complete the new information will become part of your account information in the casino

If you purchased chips by Western Union, Wire Transfer or Money Order and wish to make changes to your Name and Address information, please click on the “Contact Us” button and contact our Customer Support Staff who will be happy to help you.

QI received a check from you but it’s in US$, what can I do with it?
AYou can cash our check in any bank that accepts foreign currency.

Changing the Password or E-Mail

QI forgot my password; can you send me a reminder?
AWhen you create your account and choose your password it is automatically scrambled and encoded for your protection. If you lost your password but wish to continue playing with us, please create a new account with a new username and password combination. To create a new account – simply click on the New Player button when you are asked for your login information.

Note: If you think you might have chips in the old account, please write to our Customer Service staff (be sure to include your old username) and they will be happy to cash out the chips for you. Please note that we DO NOT transfer chips from the old account to the new one for your protection.

QI want to change my password, how can I do it?
ATo change your password:
From any game
  • Click on the “Settings” button
  • Click on the “Change Password” button
  • Enter your OLD password
  • Enter your NEW password
  • Re-Enter your NEW password to confirm and click “OK”.

Your password will now be changed in our records.

QI have a new e-mail address, can I change it in my account?
ATo change your e-mail address:

  • Click on the “Settings” button
  • Click on the “Change E-mail address” button

Closing Your Account
