A | The Real Money chips come in three different denominations for most games: $10, $5, and $1. The chips table in every game has a stack of green Zero chips and three places for the real money chips each with a 0 under it. The left most stack is for the $10 chips, the one in the middle is for the $5 chips and the right most is for the $1 chips. To exchange a $10 chip for two $5 chips or ten $1 chips, simply drag and drop it into the 0 of the appropriate stack. | |

A | We take great care to make sure that our servers offer the highest level of reliability to our players. Most of the time if you lose your connection to the games the error occurred somewhere along the way from your computer to our server.. A | The amount you cash out is NOT the amount of your winnings. Your winnings and losses are determined by your daily balance. Your balance is a total of all your purchases compared to the total of all your cash outs. Example: Total Purchases for the day = $125 Total Cash Outs for the day = $200 Daily Balance = $75 in winnings We do NOT charge you for the entire amount you purchase, nor do we credit you for the entire amount you cash out. Instead, we calculate your daily balance and either charge or credit you with the amount in your daily balance. | |
