No. 28 Nail Brush: Talk to Tsumugi near the Girls Bathroom the second morning after attempting Death Road of Despair. Note that the event itself only happens after the first Free Time of the day.

No. 78 Everywhere Parasol: Talk to Tenko in the Entrance Hall after unlocking all the new locations. Be careful not to use the Ancient Passport last.

No. 62 Commerative Medal Set: Talk to Miu in the Courtyard the morning after the 4th Free Time.

Chapter 3
No. Gun of Man's Passion: Talk to Himiko in front of the school entrance the morning after the 1st Free Time.

Chapter 4
No. Dark Belt: Talk to Himiko in front of the school entrance the morning after the 1st Free Time.

Increases the speed of the reticle. Effective during Nonstop Debates. Can't be combined with Downshift.
Increases the speed of fired Truth Bullets. Effective during Nonstop and Mass Panic Debates.
Decreases the delay after using Truth Bullets or Truth Blades. Effective during Nonstop, Mass Panic, & Rebuttal Showdown.
