Suppose you help a casino to launch its activity : you test, find bugs, even lose money because of their bugs.
Finally the casino opens officially and you find this :
1- a welcome bonus around 230 euros maximum whatever you deposit.
2- every transaction costs you more than 5%,
3- the only deal they propose after long internal discussion is 20% of the net losses.
4- then one day, your session in interrupted by surprise. Casino informs you very proudly that it reached the limit of transaction they calibrated with their partners.

1. Our welcome bonus where we match 100% of your deposit up to 230 euros is a great bonus that many people love to use. You were able to complete the rollover and got the 230 euros into your account, twice, so 460 euros. - This is incredible

2. The transactions that were made were through Mifnity, mifinity is great but we cannot control the fees that they charge as they are a separate entity. We do not own mifinity or have the rights to change their fees.We also told you we would cover transaction fees associated to Mifinity.

3. The 20% deal that was internally discussed is a deal that you cannot find anywhere else, making a real 20% and not a 20% based on the casino formula was a very special deal that took a lot of thought. Not only was there a 20% but you were in Tier Gold so you were getting an addition 3% so you were receiving 23% on every single lost bet.

4. We had a software update and everything was fixed within the next few hours. We try our best to mitigate this from happening but it is online and updates happen.
