Grosvenor Casino Russell Square is a relatively new member of the Rank Group as it was formerly owned by the Gala group up until May 2013. Since their acquisition of the site Grosvenor have taken the opportunity to invest in a great selection of games that will cater to all tastes and budgets.

The lounge area is a little on the small side and can get rather crowded in the evenings. Seating is limited to a single booth and a few chairs and bar stools with entertainment limited to one screen that broadcasts the latest from Sky Sports.

The 34 seater restaurant is situated in a rather unattractive open plan room just off the main corridor between reception and the gaming floor. The small chandeliers above the tables are a nice touch, however, the location really isn’t the best since everyone that is entering or leaving the casino has to walk straight past.

Diners that can forget about the surroundings will enjoy a delicious à la carte menu that includes a small selection of international cuisine, steaks, grills, and fish along with burgers, pasta, and fresh salads.

There is complimentary secure parking at Grosvenor Casino Russell Square and a valet service also runs from 6 pm.

The closest tube station is Russell Square Station that offers services on the Piccadilly line. The walk from the tube to the casino takes less than 5 minutes.

Dress Code, Membership & ID

Smart casual dress is expected. You will need to be a member in order to enter however joining is free. The sign-up process will take just a few moments on your first visit but you will need to remember to bring your ID.
