Sandeep is tops in the waiter category, we go there for breakfast on Sunday
morning and he is the best . Pleasant , efficient !
He were not there we would consider not going .

This place is excellent value. It's not a budget place, but the food and service are excellent. There's plenty of games to enjoy and when you want to drown your sorrows or celebrate a win, there's a nice area to do this. Although I'm a local, I have only been here a few times. I didn't even know it existed until recently when a friend came to town and invited me!!

Checked out this Casino on our last night in Edmonton. We did also check out the Yellowhead one the day before.
This one was definitely not kept up like the other one - the bathrooms everything was falling apart. I walked in and was going to use a stall and all the locks were stripped - you couldn't lock the doors! LOL. Then in the one I chose when I grabbed the toilet paper holder the whole wall of the stall pushed open and hit the guy in the closest urinal! LMAO. Very poor maintenance. It is impossible they cannot be aware of this.
Casino was fairly busy on the Saturday night. We actually won a few dollars - I had one hand pay and it took FOREVER for them to come to my machine.
Oh well, walked out with an extra grand in my pocket which is a bonus when visiting a casino! It is usually the opposite.
Nothing special here - an average casino.

After a long period of avoidance I decided to try the casino again. The staff are great there, but there is a huge gap in the mask policy. Once people have jumped through all the hoops provided by the friendly and efficient doorman, some of them move their masks down and go around with their noses sticking out, or with only their chins covered. There might as well be no mask policy if these goofs can ignore it. No one Is enforcing it, and anyone who believes it is there to protect them are being treated like fools.
The policy should be enforced or withdrawn. A fake policy is worse than none.

Indian security person I showed him passport he told I need I'd proof from Edmonton health card or license which both I dnt have. Why passport is I'd proof. I showed vaccine proof and passport for I'd proof but he said no. He need proof Edmonton. Why tell me passport is not I'd proof of age and name and face. I'm disappointed from ur security person. Bad service.

I arrived at the casino with my husband at 10:20 on a Thursday evening. We save up change "free money" and then go have fun at casinos once in awhile. I brought our container of change to the slots counter which has a machine specifically for counting change, but they wouldn't help me..I was shocked, that has never happened. We had to drive across town to Century Casino on Fort Road where they were so helpful for service. By the way our change was $500,bye Argyll Casino.

I have been playing here for years, great 24hr poker room and really good staff. They also have lots of tournaments that meet different levels for different players. Decent blind structures as well, though the levels are usually 20min. The cash games are great as well, good mixture of tight and loose players and there is always Omaha going .

On a very busy show night they only tad 2 servers on and they definitely were not able to handle the customers. We watched as three dirty tables sat until we moved the dirty dishes to another table so we could sit down. Twenty minutes later we moved to a dirty booth and waited another ten minutes for the server to come over and removed ve the previous customers dishes and take a drink order. This is the first time we were offered anything and had to flag her down to get a second round after another extended period of receiving no service. Best advice is if you don't m d paying for each round and carrying your own drinks job st order right at the bar it will be faster in the long run.

Worst service ever the plain old stinks the food was salty and not cooked enough or over cooked never going for food there again
