Morimoto

Chef Morimoto may be known for his Iron Chef fame, but he’s a true, authentic culinary genius that stays true to his food philosophy at his namesake restaurant. Morimoto in the MGM Grand Las Vegas is a stunning culinary experience, from the atmosphere and presentation to the exquisite taste of each bite. 

Chef Morimoto has created a menu that uses the finest ingredients and then followed his “no rules” philosophy to bring to life a menu that’s unlike anything else in Las Vegas. 

Dishes like the Ishi Yaki Buri Bop that’s served into a stone bowl at a tableside presentation and the Crispy Whole Fish with papaya salad are favorites. Guests also come flocking for the Maki Rolls and Japanese Wagyu Beef. Each dish is impeccably prepared and presented.

This restaurant is considered Joel Robuchon’s culinary workshop, with new masterpieces being created daily. Reservations are required, and the restaurant is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. They’re open every other evening starting at pm for dinner service.

At Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill, you can enjoy familiar, comfort food-style cuisine that has been elevated to new heights. This all sounds incredible, but this is just the dinner menu. Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill also offers breakfast and dessert. 

Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill is located in the casino area of the MGM Grand Hotel. They’re open daily starting at 8 am and stay open until 2 am &#; 4 am, depending on the day.

Craftsteak is Tom Colicchio’s take on a modern steakhouse in the MGM Grand Las Vegas. Tom Colicchio has earned his celebrity status from his appearance on Top Chef, and he’s also an award-winning chef that has his finger on the pulse of the culinary scene in Las Vegas. 

Craftsteak uses only the finest ingredients from small family farms to create dishes that taste incredible and are bursting with fresh, seasonal flavors. Diners can expect to have a great experience as they feast on dishes like Domestic Wagyu with potato puree or free-range chicken and a side of heirloom cauliflower with garlic confit. 

Seafood lovers will enjoy selections such as braised lobster or ahi tuna with red onion relish. No matter what you choose to eat, each dish is a unique and flavorful experience. There’s also something to be said for the ambiance at Craftsteak, which is warm and modern, feeling both upscale and relaxed at the same time.

International Smoke is a Las Vegas restaurant that was brought to life by a double dose of celebrity brain power. International smoke is the collaborated efforts of famous chef Michael Mina and Canadian-American actress Ayesha Curry. 

As you might guess by the name, smoked meats are the star of the show, but this isn’t just your average BBQ joint. You can expect really good smoked meats, roasted shellfish, and sides that are to die for. Choose from entrees like the Charbroiled Miso Chilean Sea Bass with ginger dashi or a steak from the woodfire grill with Black Truffle French Onion Mac & Cheese. 

Compliment your meal with a selection from the cocktail menu. A favorite of ours is the Cold Smoked Old Fashioned with bourbon, cardamom syrup, and bitters. 

Prepare yourself for some really good food at one of the best smokehouse restaurants in Las Vegas. You can join International Smoke for dinner daily starting at 5 pm. The dress code is casual.

Emeril Lagasse is a household name, and if you happen to be looking for an incredible place to eat on Las Vegas Blvd, you’ll be happy to find his New Orleans Fish House located in the MGM Grand Hotel. 

Emeril has a long-standing reputation for excellent restaurants in Las Vegas. Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House is no exception. Creole-style cuisine meets fresh coastal seafood for an over-the-top Las Vegas dining experience. On the menu, you’ll find dishes like the famous Creole Seafood Boil. Blue Crab Spaghetti and Carolina Gold Jambalaya with jumbo gulf shrimp. 

In addition to the food, Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House has also been awarded Wine Spectator’s “Best of Award of Excellence” for the perfectly curated wine list. They also offer a light lunch menu with a delicious sampling of fresh seafood, soups, salads, wines, and cocktails. 

Emeril’s restaurant is open for dinner nightly, starting at 5 pm. Lunch is served Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from am until 2 pm.

From wood-fired pizzas to tender steaks and small nibbles to share, Crush is all about the experience of enjoying the world of really incredible food. Make your reservations for dinner, but plan on staying a while to enjoy the experience. 

Crush is closed on Sunday but is open every other night of the week for dinner service starting at 5 pm.

Ambra Italian Restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip is modern Italian cuisine redefined. Instead of heavy dishes that leave you stuffed with overwhelmed taste buds, Ambra offers Italian cuisine that’s lighter, allowing all the fresh flavors to shine through beautifully.

The dishes are created under the guidance of Chef de Cuisine Pinyo Saewu and are both a taste and visual sensory experience with each bite. 

When dining at Hakkasan, guests can choose from two different prix fixe menus, a selection of shared plates, large plates, dim sum, and several other categories of perfectly executed dishes. The prix fixe menus include the Pheonix Menu with nine courses and the Lotus Menu with eight courses. While the menus may change, dishes such as Peking Duck Bao with Ossetra caviar and Roasted Chilean Seabass with Bumble bee Honey are just a couple examples of the small plates that will arrive at your table. 

You can dine at one of the best restaurants in Las Vegas every evening, starting when they open for service at pm. The dress code at Hakkasan is smart casual.

The Grand Wok Noodle Bar is closed Tuesday and Wednesday but is open every other day for lunch beginning at 11 am and serving hot, delicious food until 10 pm in the evening.

If you’re in the mood for some great southern comfort food, then Nellie’s Southern Kitchen at the MGM Grand is going to fill your soul and your stomach! Diners love the home-cooked taste of the food at Nellie’s Southern Kitchen, and the menu alone will leave you wishing you had an extra stomach. 

Great items on the menu include Collard & Artichoke Dip as an appetizer, Nellie’s Chicken & Dumplings, the Lobster Waffle, delicious burgers (Pimento & Bacon Burger, anyone?), and a Fried Green Tomato BLT. Nellie’s Southern Kitchen does devote a section of their menu to lighter fare, but we say you should give yourself permission to splurge on all the deliciousness. 

Nellie’s Southern Kitchen is open daily from 11 am until 10 pm. Check frequently for their schedule of live entertainment.

From salads, BBQs, and carving stations to omelets and decadent desserts, you’re not going to be disappointed. Join the crowd at the MGM Buffet daily from 8 am until 3 pm, and children five years and younger eat for free.

For the menu, you can expect lots of the typical sports bar eats, like fried pickles, thick burgers, wings, sandwiches, and even some desserts for your sweet tooth.

You know those sub sandwich shops where you can order something off the menu or go down the line and tell the sandwich-making artisan all the good stuff you want to be piled on? Pieology is like that, except with pizza! 

Order one of their house pizzas from the menu, or make it up as you go. The personal pizzas are then added to the stone oven for a couple of minutes and come out piping hot, melty, and ready for you to devour. 

Pieology is open daily from 11 am until 11 pm. 

Cabana Grill

If you’ve spent the afternoon at the pool and have some serious post-swim cravings, the Cabana Grill should be your number one destination. The Cabana Grill offers dining with light and casual meals, along with a refreshing drink menu. The Cabana Grill keeps similar hours to the MGM pool and is open from 10 am until 4 pm daily.
