I've been to this property in the past and always had a good experience. This time was not different. I had a great time in the ******, a fantastic meal in the restaurant and all the staff I came in contact with displayed outstanding customer service. I can't wait to go back!

Our room had hair all over the bathroom and there was a bar of used soap next to the sink. Also, long hairs on the folded towels in bathroom & different colors too! It was gross but, they moved us to another room & it was cleaner but, no comp for free food or anything for putting us out by switching rooms.

Room ; next door tv always loud day and thisisnl.nl slamming al the time needs slow closers.

The hotel itself was nice. The room was nice but it was noisy. I heard music all night long. In the bathroom, there was an exhaust sound but the fan was off. You could hear it throughout the room. We needed the room for a wrestling tournament early the next morning. It would've been better to stay home and drive 2 hours the day of. We were on the 3rd floor. I do not recommend. ******* also charges a $ deposit and the hotel employees are pretty snarky when you question them about that. Would not recommend.

Nice clean large room, with no cell service internet is slow and limited. No free breakfast just a deli to eat at, except for the ****** nothing to do there.

Excellent customer service. Beautiful hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again!
