Guest Check In

Guests will check in at the hotel front desk in the hotel lobby.

Face Coverings

The mask mandate will be optional for all guests visiting the Resort & Casino, Sandia Golf, Green Reed Spa, Bien Mur Gift Shop & Market and Convenience stores.

Temperature checks will no longer be taken.

TV Remote, Bathroom Amenities

The television remote control in our hotel rooms are disinfected after each guest’s departure. Bathroom amenities are all sanitized before guest’s arrival.

Cleaning, Sanitizing, Disinfecting

Following a guest’s departure, each room is methodically cleaned, sanitized and disinfected using ECO friendly cleansers that meet EPA standards against COVID All products such as note pads and ink pens have been removed from the hotel room and are available upon request. All glassware and mugs have been removed and replaced with individually wrapped cups & lids.

Housekeeping Service

Housekeeping is not currently performing turndown service.

The use of marijuana is strictly prohibited at Sandia Resort & Casino, Sandia Amphitheater, Sandia Golf Club, Green Reed Spa and Sandia Lakes.

All guest rooms, including outside balconies, are NON-SMOKING. This policy applies to all forms of smoking, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vaporizers, electronic cigarettes and marijuana.  Any violation of this policy will result in a $ charge per violation and may result in requiring guests to leave property with no refunds.

Designated Smoking Areas are provided outside and away from buildings.  Marijuana is prohibited at all times.

Marijuana use anywhere on our properties is not allowed. This includes medical marijuana.  Guests will need to consult with their physician for other suitable alternatives.
