The Casumo interface takes some getting used to. The sheer number of casino games means that while you’ll never get bored, navigating through all the options can be challenging. If you know which game you want, it is simple to find it using the search bar. But if you don’t know exactly what you’re looking for, be prepared to spend a lot of time sifting through different game types.

That said, the sportsbook interface is straightforward. I also found the live bets section to be excellent. You can see the key events of live games in action, as well as an overhead map showing the flow of the game in real-time.

My first impressions of the Casumo design are that it’s simple, with a slightly bland color-scheme. It was actually a surprise when I found Casumo had so much to offer.

Casumo first debuted its sportsbook offering in 2018. With Casumo’s reputation previously relying on its casino alone, I was very pleasantly surprised by their sportsbook!

I found a wide selection, including all major European and North American sports, and loads of minor sporting options. You can even find novelty bets, like the winner of the Oscars! This array of options matches and even exceeds most dedicated online sportsbooks.

But it was the live bets that made Casumo stand out for me. You receive regular updates of the game’s major incidents, and an overhead map showing the flow of the game as it happens. Many other sites expect you to be watching the live game to understand the changing odds and lines. But Casumo’s game-map was perfect for knowing exactly when to place my bets. I tested this out for soccer, NFL and tennis with great results..

The list of available sports to wager on at Casumo is a treat. You can find all the major team sports and singles sports, from football and soccer to tennis and golf. This covers major leagues and competitions all the way down to minor leagues.

In addition, there are loads of other fun betting options. Surfing, winter sports, e-sports, chess, darts, harness racing, and motor sports are just a few of the betting opportunities I found.

Betting Types

You won’t find any betting limitations at Casumo. Bets cover the standard moneyline bets, totals, spreads, props, and futures. It is very easy to mix and match bets to form parlays using the “bet builder” function.

I also found lots of fun side-bets of every kind for the big games. This included coin toss outcomes, and whether the Super Bowl will end with a scorigami (a final score that has never happened before).

Live Betting Options

Casumo’s live bets are a standout feature thanks to a brilliant user interface. There is a sidebar that constantly updates, featuring all key incidents during the game. In addition, the overhead map displays the real-time progress of a game (e.g. attacking moves or ball position).

These unique features allowed me to place knowledgeable live bets without even watching the game. Perfect for sports bettors who may not be able to watch certain games but still want a piece of the action.

Live bets had loads of minor league games to bet on alongside the bigger competitions. I also found lots of live prop options for the big games.

With this number of slots, it’s no surprise they covered every imaginable variety. Including classic, modern, 3-reel, 5-reel, 6-reel, progressive jackpots, and hot drop jackpots. Wild Swarm was my favorite, thanks its lively and light-hearted bee theme and a particularly generous RTP of 97%.

If that wasn’t enough, I found daily slots tournaments and lots of free spin bonuses.

To help you find your way through this maze of titles, you can search the slots by name, features, popularity, or game developer. Nevertheless, I found myself slightly overwhelmed and beginning to think there might be too many slots’ games!

Blackjack

I loved Casumo’s blackjack offering, with 18 different titles to choose from. This might pale in comparison to the number of slots titles, but it’s still more than most competitors offer for virtual blackjack.

Within these 18 titles are tons of variation, including single deck, double deck, Vegas Strip and European blackjack. Although there’s no blackjack strategy guide, you get a rundown of the rules. The free play option is great for getting to know the different variations.

If you are unfamiliar with blackjack, I highly recommend Play N Go’s Blackjack Single Deck. Both the single deck and the requirements for the dealer to stand on Soft-17 simplify blackjack strategy.

For me, the Casumo blackjack games are more than a match for most competitor sites.

Table Games

The table games did not disappoint. This is an area that some other online casinos skimp on, but not Casumo. I found 6 versions of baccarat, 16 versions of roulette, along with craps, to name a few.  

Within these games, there was also a lot of variation, for example Lightning Roulette. This gives you a 50x up to 500x multiplier if you land on the lucky lightning-struck number.

Video Poker

Video poker, like all the other casino offerings, once again provided some great titles with lots of variety. There were 11 variations on classic video poker, such as Deuces Wild and Joker Poker.

In addition, there were 8 alternative poker games available when I wanted to spice things up. This included Casino Hold’Em and Three Card Poker. I enjoyed Casino Hold’Em as a simplified version of online Texas Hold’Em. You play directly against the house, which makes for a low-pressure way to play poker.  

There was definitely enough here to keep video poker fans entertained. The number of poker games titles matches or exceeds most competitor casinos on the net.

Here are a few of the varieties I enjoyed:

Live Dealer

The live dealer casino was the highlight for me at Casumo. There were over 140 live dealer games available at any one time, provided by four different gaming studios. This included 44 blackjack games, 38 roulette, 27 live baccarat, 12 poker, 1 craps, and 21 live game shows.

Within each game there is a ton of variety, for example Quantum Blackjack with huge multipliers. There were also VIP games for big spenders, and plenty of games for low-deposit players.

It was the live game shows that I found most enjoyable. There were all sorts of fun gaming ideas that aren’t often featured in the north American market. Football Studio is a soccer-themed Bac Bo dice-game, with fast-paced action. Meanwhile Crazy Time by Evolution Gaming featured over 13,000 players at any one time, in a super lively spinning wheel game. Those interested in live betting opportunities other than sports will find this to be a fun section of Casumo.

Casumo provides a good welcome bonus, along with regular sportsbook reload bonuses, and loyalty points. Unfortunately, I found no referral bonus.

One of the great things about Casumo’s bonuses is they can still be used in the live dealer games. This is not typical of most North American casino sites.

You might find bigger-value bonuses elsewhere on the net, but Casumo is still a solid option.

Welcome Bonus 100% Up to $500

You can choose to use this welcome bonus in the casino, live casino, or sportsbook. A great aspect of this bonus is you get 183 days to play through the 30x rollover requirements. This means even casual part-time players are very likely to cash in.

The bonus is 100% of your first deposit, up to $500.

If you choose to use the welcome bonus in the sportsbook, there is just a $10 minimum deposit. If you choose to use it in the casino, there is a $20 minimum. However, you also get 115 free spins on designated slots titles.

Beyond this, I was impressed at the speed of the payouts at Casumo. Bank wire and credit card withdrawals take only 1-5 days after approval to reach your account. Meanwhile, e-wallet payouts are instantaneous, once approved.

I found the approval process to be very fast and straight forward at Casumo. Approvals never took more than 24 hours for my payouts, and often I received approval within an hour.

Casumo Customer Support Options

Casumo has two customer support options; emails and live chat. Live chat first puts you through to a bot. This acts as a search bar for the FAQ section. You can then request to speak to a live operator.

My experience of the live operators was great. I never waited more than 3 minutes for an initial response. I had a few questions regarding the bonuses for the casino. They gave very detailed answers including a spread sheet of how the bonus applies to each game type.

You can also view the chat history from all your live chat conversations, with the answers to previous queries. I wish they would implement this in all online casinos!
