I had won some money and was doing the withdrawal request and then I had to send documents in to prove my identity. That's when I saw that my Birthday had a typo. I had put 21 instead of 22 for the day of my birthday. and I had never updated my new address. So it was wrong. I contacted chat services who are very prompt.
