★★★★★ App keeps logging out every day or every few hours. Have had to sign in 5–6 times in last 3–4 days. Is there an issue ? I'm not the only one facing this. Just realized my work colleagues have the same issue. Is the developers are reading this, please look into it. Before you advise for us to check if we have permission to view correctly and have access as per your previous replies to other reviews, yes we do, and we have not made any changes to the settings. We use for viewing rosters. Thank you.

★★☆☆☆ Useless app & incompetent developers Issue plaguing this app for the last few months. I attempt to select the region and goes back to the login screen. I haven't been able to view my schedule for so long now. Developers don't care, they have no standards.

★★☆☆☆ Currently in WFM attempting to access the app, so we can link our genesys cloud for agents to be able to use for call out and PTO requests, however before we can communicate it to staff, our organization isn't listed on drop and my login for genesys cloud isn't working for this app but works for the website. Can anyone help fix these issues so my wfm colleagues and me don't have to continue our current process? Thanks!
