Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

  • Politically sensitive comments
  • Promotional content
  • Illegal activities
  • Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
  • Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
  • Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

An accommodation can reply to a review.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

    “Nice getaway for the weekend”

    It was a good place, but if I have to pick on it: - Rock hard couch. Would have been nice to sit on it for relaxing instead of the bed. - Couldn't use the fireplace as long as I'd hoped due to smelling natural gas from using it. - Water pressure from jacuzzi was strangely low, so it took a very long time to fill the tub. - Cigarette smell lingers in the hallways.

    This was a very nice place to stay and I definitely will book here again! Big pros: - Nice roomy clean suite! - Cool having two TVs that can do YouTube, Netflix, and basic cable. - Great comfortable bed! - Nice personal jacuzzi in the suite. - Nice fireplace for the ambiance. - Accessibility to Casino via skybridge was convenient. - Great steakhouse!

    “Smoking/pet rooms available! Comfy beds too”

    We traveled three hours and arrived rather late. Two other couples arrived the same time. We were first to arrive but the gal was on the phone. So I seated my disabled husband and our dog while I gathered our luggage from the car. Came back inside to find one of the other couples checking in. So...i took the dog w me to park the car. Needless to say we waited a long time to check in. My husband just had a hip replacement and had a difficult time getting to our room. There were two gals behind the counter. Only (1) was doing the checking in. I found her to be somewhat rude. Would be nice to have a wheelchair or two provided for the disabled or elderly to use. The room was freezing upon entry. The bottom fitted sheet was eaten by moth larva with holes through it. So I took a picture of it and let the front desk know it was there when we arrived. Getting the heater set to a happy medium was impossible. I ordered two meals from the steak house in the casino. Asked for a chocolate milk. Waitress said they did not have chocolate milk but she would make one up. Nice. Upon meal pick up, I had to ask about the chocolate milk. Her supervisor was present and seemed a little nerved that the waitress offered to make one up for me, but she did. Thank you. Slots were tight and close for the night. CASINOS SHOULD NEVER CLOSE. JMO Took my dog for a walk. Found a baggie w some wet substance on the sidewalk around back. People rummaging through their car in the parking lot. Housekeeping was pleasant. I reminded him of the damaged sheets not being our fault.

    Like that I was able to smoke. I am a smoker. It is hard to find a room anywhere that allows smoking. "Pet friendly" FOR A NONREFUNDABLE EXTRA $55 !!! These "smoking + pet friendly" rooms are on the top floor. Room was large well lit. Bed was comfortable. USB outlets at both bedsides. The casino had COLD beer! If you have a bunch of loose change they will put it through a counter machine and give you the option of cash or slot ticket in return. Large variety of slots. Large smoking section. Large non smoking too. When the main casino closes, there is a small gaming area w slots in the hotel lobby that stays open later. It closes too though.

    Some of the snack machines only took credit card not cash they need to accommodate both. I don't want to use my card to get a 2-3dollar soda or candy bar.

    “It was good. The casino staff were wonderful!”

    The room’s previous guests had an animal with fleas. I know because I’m allergic to them and I was bitten all over! Days later at home and they still itch and I’m still having to scratch!
