Pros:I did not like anything here, tweaked, crack heads and hookers hangout in the lobby and around the front door!

Cons:The rooms are FILTHY!!!! My 6mo old daughter got a nasty rash from the beds and the rest of us got sick the AC was broken and they refused to fix it, poor water pressure, house cleaning never came to clean the room or bring clean towels. The phone didn’t even work when we tried to call the front desk THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEYSERIOUSLY BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!!!

Pros:Room was clean , staff was nice

Cons:Hotel is in a very scary neighborhood. There were people milling about. When we went to get our luggage, we felt like there were some guys casing our truck. We were so worried about it, we decided to not stay. As we were leaving there was a hooker outside the door, her pimp calling her over, and in the parking lot was a guy fixing up his batch of drugs. Its not a place for a business person, as the description indicated, and it's definitely NOT family friendly.

Pros:The coffee shop and its wonderful Hispanic cooks, home-style food and low prices

Cons:old bathroom fixtures; old fashioned toilet with weak, water wasting flush, shower that sprayed every which-way.

Pros:The staff was really great!

Cons:Although you can smoke on certain floors I was 5 floors above it and still smelled the smoke. Other customers smoked on the elevators and on any floor they wanted to.

Pros:I'll never uses the hotel again

Cons:The parking lot ia disgusting and dirty nothing worked in the rooms no towels to take a shower bathrooms would not even lock if you wanted service you had to go to the front desk
