GALIBIER Hams
Our Savoy hams are made, salted by hand with dry salt and matured in our workshop in Taninges, in the heart of the Giffre valley in Haute-Savoie. It is this slow maturing at the foot of Mont Blanc that allows them to develop their characteristic taste.
